Max Papis and Krohn Racing Ready for Round Three at Homestead-Miami Raceway

Miami, FL (March 21, 2007) - Krohn Racing, who currently sits third in the Rolex Grand-Am Series Daytona Prototype points, is anxious to hit the track at Homestead-Miami Speedway for the Linder Industrial Komatsu Grand Prix of Miami on Saturday, March 24, 2007.

Colin Braun, who captured the pole in Mexico in the No. 75 Krohn Racing Pontiac Riley, and teammate Max Papis, finished second in the Mexico City Grand Prix race last month. The duo is third in the points championship after two of 14 races this season.

Braun and Papis will team for the 400 kilometer/100-lap/2-1/2 hour sprint race again in the No. 75 Krohn Racing Pontiac Riley. Team owner/driver Tracy Krohn and teammate Nic Jönsson will drive the No. 76 Krohn Racing Pontiac Riley.

Krohn, Jönsson and Braun come to Miami from the 12 Hours of Sebring race where they finished ninth in the GT2 class in the Krohn/Risi Ferrari 430GT. Papis won the GT1 class with the Corvette Racing team at Sebring.

Max Papis, driver, No. 75 Krohn Racing Pontiac Riley:

“I’m very confident that we will be able to capitalize on improvements we’ve done at Krohn Racing. We’ve been learning how to work together in a better way. The competition will be tough. I dream to win at Homestead in front of the home crowd and family.”

“For me Homestead has always been a track at which I’ve had great success. My first win came at Homestead in Champ Car and I have had lots of great memories there. I have a special feeling with Homestead because I think of it as my home track. I’m going to have a lot of support from people I see every day in my normal life. It is going to be a great day to have Grand-Am and IRL race on the same day. I think there is going to be a large crowd watching race. This only gives me extra motivation to do well. This is in addition to the motivation that comes from the inside.”

The Linder Industrial Komatsu Grand Prix of Miami race will be televised live on SPEED TV at 2:00 p.m. ET. For more information, please see www.grand-am.com and www.krohnracing.net
